Front-End PSD to WordPress, (WooCommerce Experience Essential)

We're a UK based eCommerce (marketplace) site that's recently undertaken a redesign of our WordPress theme which uses WooCommerce to power the shopping cart and catalogue.
We're looking for an experienced front-end Wordpress Developer to implement the new PSDs to WordPress.

There are 11 pages to be coded - two of these pages are multi-tabbed, (Merchant & User Dashboard).
We're looking for valid W3C Valid HTML 5 markup that's cross-browser compatible, (Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3.6+, Google Chrome, Safari 5 and Opera 11)

All back-end coding work including the installation of plugins, development & customisation has been completed.

We have extensive design notes on each of the pages and a implementation roadmap so we'd expect that this job will be fairly straight forward for an experienced developer.
