Front end - CMS with a small shop - Need to be ready by 1st March

We are a small Marketing Consultancy based in London with German employees and want to build a small website with a very small online booking system and a Content Management System. We provide all the PSD files and other information. The main features are a changing picture background, a booking system to book a workshop/course (only less than 10 courses for a few month) and a blog which is ready we just need someone to finish off with the front end.

Backend is ready on the server, we just need to finish off the rest of the website as soon as possible.
