Front-End ASP.NET MVC3 Razor Developers required to help project completion

I am looking to build a small remote team to help get our development project over the finishing line.

Much of the project back-end is completed - NoSQL architecture with data stored in searchable XML.

I'm looking to find 2 or possibly 3 really strong MVC3 developers to get the front-end finalised. The CSS is also largely done so we will be concentrating primarily on UX/UI elements.

You must have experience of:
1. Working on large (n-tier) web applications
2. ASP.NET 4.0, C#, MVC3, Razor syntax
3. HTML, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery code
4. Good communicator

This is a remote work project but will be tightly managed requiring regular code checkins and communication via Skype for project updates. You will be provided with a solid specification including wireframe and design pages.
