We have a contract for a freelancer/consultant that we need someone who is legally certified to have a look over it and make sure everything is correct.
We are a small start-up looking to firm up our legal documents and make sure everything is in order, the person looking over the contract needs to be qualified and familiar with the UK legal system.
This should be a small straight forward job, hopefully...
