Freelance Creative Graphic Designer to work on Browser compatibility issues

We are a small bespoke web development firm based in London. We require a creative graphic designer to mainly work on browser compatibility issues as well as the odd design job on this particular project. The website has been tested for browser compatibility and I have a list of issues that need addressing urgently. If you prove yourself good then we have many other projects which you can work on. I am not looking for a beginner, I need someone who is creative and can dive straight inn and be quick and efficient. It is a must that you are available on Skype/GTALK during the working hours committed so I am aware of the progress. This project is on a very tight timeline and we need to launch the site within the next two weeks, so please only people bid who know they can do the job without the questions. The website is built in ColdFusion but i don't think this is relevant, however knowledge of CF is a plus.
