Experience Level: Intermediate
We provide care in the home solutions - child, elderly and domestic care. There are three party's: the company, the client (the family) and the service provider (the freelancer). We need to create an agreement between company and client wherein the parent company will source, provide and manage a service provider for that family. We then need an agreement that appoints the freelancer.
