Freelance Accountant (on-going contract for small business)

I am currently in need of a capable accountant who lives local to Cambridge who is able to visit my office once a month for a couple of hours and attend to *all* my accountancy.

This means maintaining all bookkeeping, statutory accounts, annual returns, p35, p11d, VAT return, payroll... basically everything needed to run a company's account efficiently. You will need to ensure (and be responsible for making sure) that all appropriate returns to HMR&C and Companies house are made on time.

All my accounts are currently up to date and the paperwork will be held at my office. (I currently work alone and so with no staff to account for the paperwork is minimal, just frustrating.)

It would be helpful if in your quote you could mention both your hourly rate AND the estimation of hours you think this task would require.
