Formatting an illustrated children's book for Kindle fire.

This is my first book and I have no knowledge of what the formatters requirements would be, so would have to be guided through. I have a cover, the actual book, a few extra pages as per acknowledgements etc.
The book is between 200 -220 pages (not sure how formatting would change this) plus 23 black and white illustrations, 6 colour illustrations and a small illustration in the header and footers
My goal is to have the book on Amazon in 2 weeks.
What else do you need to know?
