Format Word documents into PDF then Mobi file (ready Amazon Kindle upload)

I have written two short children's books (both clean documents, 12000 words each) and need the Word files formatted firstly into PDF and then Mobo files, then sent back to me so that I can upload them to Amazon Kindle.

I also have two longer novels (both clean, 75000 each) ready to be formatted but these are not as urgent. Even so a reasonable offer on all four documents will definitely be considered. In any case, a good job on the first two would assure the second two.
