Format ebook

Dear all,

I am writing an eBook about how to obtain top marks at university. I am currently looking for a graphic designer to a) design a cover page for it (I already have a picture but it might require some more and b) format the body of the book in a professional way ready to go onto Amazon. I will require more than one version of this, one will be the whole eBook and one will be the eBook but in two parts. I will also need an amendment made after the first version is published please (about a week or two after your deliverable) as I will be inserting a handful of iTunes links, but am unable to do so at this stage because their affiliate programme want to see the first book on Amazon first.
