Football SEO Work

I would like someone to work on my website and help divert football specific traffic to it. It is currently only a little site and therefore I would like to help increase traffic by at least a minimum of 5000 hits per months.

I will be looking to 'hit' 4 or 5 specific countries as a result of this work.

I have listed the work below which should account for both ON and OFF page work carried out.

Please submit a quote for this required work AND the amount of hours per month spent on the website. I will place the work (may lead to long term commitment if good) with the company that offers the best package.

ALL OF THE WORK MUST BE WHITEHAT WITH NO USE OF BLACKHAT OR GREYHAT SOFTWARE!! I will not pay for anything that is deemed 'risky', 'offensive', or 'spammy'!

List of Required Features which run alongside the normal additional SEO work.

I would like an initial Site Analysis Report on the website along with a competitors report (3 competitors)

I need a minimum of 20 Target keywords and you will then (if required) work to ensure these keywords are within all of the META tags, title tags and website content.

I will expect you to provide me with complete traffic reports to help me understand the visitors that are visiting the site.

I need to have at least 200 directory submissions a month to relevant football sites (and business directories)

Articles written that are relevent to my site and NOT generic!

Multiple Press Releases per month (minimum 15 per month)

Classified Ad Submissions (min 30 per month)

Blogging throughout the month - minimum of 50 blogs on relevant sites

I need a minimum of 100 links per month that are from high PR Sports related websites. They must be a minimum of Google PR4 and meet the list of requirements below.

No Link Farms
All links must be "do follow."
All linking websites must be .COM, .ORG, .NET, .GOV, .EDU
Links must be DIRECTLY from a Google PR4+ page
Links must not be too spammy
Linking page must already be indexed in Google, Bing and Yahoo.
Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.)
Page should not be excluded by robots.txt
No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING
No ping sites
All links must be one way non-reciprocal links.
Links will be from relevant websites.
Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.

No links from: torrent sites, link farms, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, pornographic, black hat sites, spam sites, link schemes etc

No use of blackhat software.
No sites banned by Google, Yahoo or Bing


Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after I have received the monthly spreadsheet and verified each link and the work produced.
