Foody - web app development

Foody is a web service that will help food lovers post, share and collect their food-related interests.
We are hiring a developer to create only the beginning of the web app. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work immediately and potential for additional, long term work.

The basic requirements are as follows:
1. Site History: Feedback rating of at least a 4.0 with minimum 50 hours experience.
2. Language: Must be fluent in written English with basic verbal skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Build a content creation page that will allow a user to publish text and/or images as a post. Build a content viewing page that will allow a user to view, edit or delete the above mentioned posts.
2. Work based on a provided HTML+CSS design.
3. Developer must host the website on their own development site.
4. Developer must email a written description of their solution and attach a zip file containing all source code.
5. Developer must demonstrate and explain their solution on a phone call (Skype is fine).

Qualifications:
* Programming languages: PHP, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Apache.
* A work style that is extremely detail oriented
* Strong communication skills
* A complete PPH profile
* References or an established reputation on PPH preferred
