Flyer Layout

I need a quick flyer layout built in illustrator. The flyer is for an adult school disco. The design will be based on a large shield shaped school badge with "Old School Night" as the main title. The 2 shots of adult school girls will be cut out and used at the bottom to hold up the shield. I need the clients logo used at the top. I will provide all scans required and a sketch to show you how to build it.
