Flyer design

We need a simple flyer for an event in November. It concerns an evening of vintage games and dancing with Swing Patrol and Antidote. I downloaded a template, thinking that I could change it all easily in Illustrator myself. That has proven too difficult so we are looking someone who could do this for us. (the template is psd format). Ideally within the next few days!
