Floor sanding and varnishing/lime wash

Please can you contact me asap. I have an urgent flooring job in a house in NW10 6AN, I have a new loft conversion and I need new toungue and groove boards putting down and then painting WHITE HIGH GLOSS/or lime wash and then a small room 3m by 4m that requires sanding and making good ( GAPS FILLING )and also lime wash or varnish- there is another room and landing ( approx 5 by 4 m ) that will need doing in the not too distant future but the above rooms I need immediately. I am happy to have workers in the day, eve or weekend. The rooms are all totally empty and ready to be worked on. I would require references and am hoping I can find a builder/ or somebody that already works in the flooring industry with this experience of sanding old floorboards. You will also need to provide your own equipment.
