Flash Presentation to run off of a CD (Mac & PC)

I have a design for a Flash presentation to run from a CD (projector file?) that must autorun on PC and be accessible on a Mac. It consists of 23 to 25 slides and each slide has links to different sections. There are also links in the pages to 1. open PDF files, once closed go back to the slideshow and 2. download powerpoint files, maintaining the onscreen presentation while downloading.

There will need to be rolover buttons and some drop down menus to select download links. All download and opening PDFs will be on the disc. So far there are NO external links but one to the website may be needed. There will be minimal animation, probably only one page of some circles expanding or something similar.

We have a finalised design ready and need the Flash presentation to adhere to strict brand guidelines.

You will need to sign an NDA due to the sensitive content and be able to show past work which is similar.

I would prefer the person to be at my premises so we can discuss any changes.

This is a LIVE project and will need to be completed by the last week in August. There may be some minor adjustments after testing the Flash project, which would need discussing.

Master files will be under my ownership after the project is complete.
