Flash - page flip animation

we want to convert jpg/pdf images into a flash page flip animated book on screen. We also require audio/video of user reading the book recorded - page by page. We may consider HTML5.
Knowledge of wowza streaming needed.
We are a UK childrens literacy service, helping children read from an early age to fight poverty and improve life prospects. we forecast less than one month for project.
Must have excellent portfolio and reference projects
