Flash development (animation) for 30-60 second presentation intro

I'd like to get an estimate (ballpark price) for making a Flash video. What I’m after is something similar to this http://www.makeproductions.co.uk/portfolio/stand-up-to-cancer-online but only about 30 seconds, maybe 60 max. So mostly text, with some music (I'd supply) and some basic animation—like around 0:07 in this video the little astronaut comes out of the ‘o’. It could be mostly text with the zooming/scanning to make it interesting and then only 4-5 animated bits. If necessary, I could provide the graphics for the animations. I just want it to look professional and in the style of that example link.

It will be used just once for a presentation (lead into a presentation) at an event in 2 weeks.
