Fixed price PPC campaign clean up, and update

Up until Christmas we were with Koozai who set up our PPC campaign for carpet cleaning.

I need our PPC campaign to be updated and tweaked.

Specifically I want:

- The ad copy to make use of the new features, where longer headlines can be deployed.
- Someone to work with to help write new ad copy
- To make use of ad extensions, local and product extensions

I know that there have been a lot of updates to Google's adwords and I need someone who is very much up to speed with those changes.

Our campaign is currently on hold, it was previously running at about £280 per month.

The campaign structure is set up one for 'All', and one for mobile only.

There are 2944 negative keywords, and the 33 campaigns set up under 'All' and 'mobile'.

It's my belief that Koozai did most of the work upfront and were, for want of a better word... fleecing us on a monthly basis for very little work.

I need a fixed price for the work.
After this work, I would be open to a reasonable offer of ongoing campaign maintenance.

Please could you demonstrate or include in your bid evidence or proof of the fact that you are up to speed with the latest Google offerings.
