Fix & upgrade wordpress site

My portal www.expertarabs.com is running on WordPress. I have changed the template recently and after the change some options are not available anymore.

1. Footer at the bottom of the page
2. Number of viewers for each post (article)
3. Changing the language of the (menu)
4. The Podcast is not showing
5. Ultimate TinyMCE is not showing text direction
6. The SEARCH does not seem to work properly
7. LOGIN and LOGOUT screens used to show customized screens, not any more.

I would like to fix the above. Also, TinyMCE is not flexible, would you recommend that I buy the Professional version of TinyMCE? Can you configure it for me?

Also, I would like to show the total number of viewers (all posts combined) to appear on the HOME page or in the side bar.

Is a template you would recommend which shows clean & nice on mobile phones ? I created a mobile app using http://mobile.conduit.com where my portal is also displayed there, but it does not look nice. I managed to show the list of posts very nicely, but of course not the rest of feature: add post, comment, sign in, etc. Can you work on this? How much will you charge ?
