Fix styling on a wordpress theme ASAP

Am working on theme on a local host and am having a bit of problem with styling. This should be a quick job. I'll send the the theme over. I really need this to been done as soon as, thanks.

1. fix the post alignment Videopage.php template)- check the picture below
2. add a hover effect to the nav bar similar to this website http://minimosity.djwd.me/wp-content/themes/minimosity/ex-dark.php
3. add page navigation code
