Fix single z-index CSS issue

I have a webpage where the UL based drop down menu is not appearing above the Javascript slider that sits below it on the page. The menu was appearing above the div the slider is in so I presume the issue is to do with the z-index value of the slider elements and the menu UL / LI.

This is driving me mad, and I think it will be solved in a couple of minutes by a fresh set of eyes.

I will pay for upto 1 hour to fix this, I am a web developer and don't expect this to take more than 10min, it just needs a fresh set of eyes. You should be able to test/fix in browser using developer tools, then just tell me which css class needs changing.
