Fix Payment Issue on WP E-commerce

I have a Wordpress site that will not let you purchase an item outside Holland.

We use Sagepay - but there is no fault on that side, and looks like a WP E-commerce issue.

This needs to be fixed ASAP - so if you can do it TODAY and at a competitive rate, your the person for the job!
