Fix our Twitter bar and feed on our website

Since the recent changes to the Twitter API our twitter feed and the twitter bat that appears on all pages has stopped working. our website is www.aleevee8.com We need a WordPress developer to fix the twitter feeds. I would expect after the job is complete that our Twitter feeds work perfectly. I would like to ensure that the process does not involve hacking of the site as I want to be able to update the website without losing the twitter feed.
