I want to fix two thing on my website.

2. To repair the bug on my blog page
a. http://makingmoneyasapersonaltrainer.com/blog/ this is the list of the post
b. When I click on the blog post it shows that http://makingmoneyasapersonaltrainer.com/2013/07/13/how-personal-trainers-can-become-the-best-salespeople-in-the-world/
c. So its not possible to read the post.

3. Make my slide banner smaller size.

I am look for someone who can help me to fix this problem

b. How long it will take you to do so?
c. How will you make the site look like YMCA with shopping cart?
