Fix Errors in Bootstrap Navbar

My site is currently utilizing bootstrap. I have a dropdown with sublinks in the Navbar and have it set up to dropdown on hover. I need this feature only removed while in mobile view when @media is active. I still want the hover feature active while not in a responsive view.

There is also an issue when selecting a dropdown sublink in mobile view on a touch device. For example, if one were to navigate to my site using their phone and select a link within the dropdown the dropdown collapses and the link never gets selected.
