Five Profesional PDF's Desinged

We are looking to have five pdfs professionally designed using a brochure/magazine layout style. The target audience for the pdfs will be prospective buyers of high-end bespoke kitchens so the look and feel must instantly convey quality & professionalism.

The pdfs are for a guide that we have written called The 5 Golden Rules (the text for each is attached). This guide is split up into five sections (one golden rule in each). We need someone to bring our text to life and create a pdf document for each section. These pdfs will be emailed to prospective clients when they sign up for the guide via our new website that can be found here: http://s414902758.websitehome.co.uk.

On the site you will see the graphic for Your Essential Guide – The Five Golden Rules for commissioning a bespoke kitchen.

We may also want to print the pdfs at a later stage so we require pdfs for web download and print ready versions.

We are open to ideas but here are some further design points for you to consider:

1. Incorporate Company Logo etc and pic of Mike Taylor (attatched) (cropped to effect) as header for each of the 5 separate pages.
2. Per page - illustrate main headline with an appropriate pic of your choice.
3. Create ‘magazine’ style layout - perhaps using two columns
4. Add interest to text by whatever and any design trick that works – using panels of different colour, adding white space, different fonts, different sizes????
5. If desired for presentational purposes use any of the pics from the portfolio from our site – though I would suggest not complete pics of kitchens – perhaps ‘slices’ of pics or detail shots – but not many if used at all. We have high-res versions of some of our portfolio pics that can be supplied.
6. Use any other pic or stylized imagery that in your opinion adds interest, visual impact and pertinence to the text.

When quoting please provide examples of any brochure/ leaflet pdfs from your portfolio. We are looking to get this turned around as soon as possible so please also provide a realistic timeframe to how long this will take along with your quote.
