Finishing WooCommerce for Wordpress site

I have a wordpress site and have installed woocommerce. I need to take course bookings on my site which requires taking more details (e.g. 'why do you want to take this course?') and tried product addon, which only showed on my product page and now am trying checkout manager plugin. I need someone with greater knowledge than me to:-
Get the page looking better (I need bigger boxes for certain information),
Have the further details on a separate page to checkout if at all possible,
Tweek the confirmation emails so they better match our webdesign,
Also, to make sure it's all SSL (I have recently purchased a licence)

Start date-ASAP. Would be brilliant if this could be finished by Monday 15th July afternoon if possible!
