Finishing touches for site being built on Create.net

This job is ideally suited to someone who has worked on Create.net to build a site previously, OR for someone who is certain they can meet the needs we have listed below.

We are a small handmade crafts business that has recently set up in business. We have had our logo designed and an attempt at our website has begun, but we need some finishing touches to it, such as:

the colour scheme
the background
the header
a Postage & Delivery Image
the Menu
the sub-category images
The social media icons
Homepage imagery (we'll supply photos)

We think that these shouldn't be too difficult to work on for someone who knows what they are doing. As mentioned above, we've started it off but we're just wasting too much time trying to figure things out ourselves. We have a limited budget but we know what we want and can give you examples of the style we want created by referring you to sites also made on the Create.net site that we like. With regard to price: our budget is limited but we're sure that the right person could complete the tasks in a short amount of time, so we can negotiate a fair price...we hope!
