Finish PHP Website Functionality

I have a PHP website I have been designing from scratch for a client.

The idea is that music artists are going to register on the website and complete their profile.

I have half of the PHP functionality of the website done but due to getting very busy with other projects I am looking for a talented PHP coder to complete the rest of the functionality.

On the Frontend this will include:

- Adding the user registration form.

- Sorting out the "like" process for users so they can like each others profile.
(This is half done... the only bit left to do is add the like button under the profile name and show it whether or not depending if a user is logged in. Also if a user already likes it it will say something like "you already like this artist")

- Create User Control Panel including:
- Ability to edit their profile, add their albums and song names (not actual music files)

- Ability for users to upload images to their account and set 1 as the "featured image".

- Ability to subscribe to the "get featured" service for £4.99 a month using the PayPal subscription service. (Should be fairly easy).

- Create admin area including:
- Ability to add/edit/delete artists
- Ability to search for an artist.
- Mark a profile as "featured" if they pay their money.
