Finish e commerce website using Elegant Theme EStore. FTP existing web content.

I have entered all the products and set up both the theme (EStore) and the shopping cart plugin (EShop). I would like help FTP the existing blog posts, media and misc. content on to the new site. I would like 5 legal pages (have copy) added and two new pages created featuring the product departments (4, tshirts, notecards, bags, book) and a page introducing the characters on the tshirts and then linking to the products available by character. There is one glitch I am having with EStore in the homepage slider. I need to adjust the speed of the text box that pops up with the featured product. Experience with Elegant Themes and particularly EStore is preferred.
