Fine-tune Joomla Virtumart Ecommerce site: Experienced Programmer and Designer Only - Very Urgent

We have done ecommerce site in Virtuemart and Joomla but we feel it needs a better look to make it more professional. It has some error in the quote application that has been implemented on it, so that needs to be corrected. There are couple of Virtuemart configurations that need to be done also. We would like the work to be done directly on the source code. The winner will have the source code/DB to work on, either on our system or on his/hers. we are looking for one with strong experience in web design and Joomla/Virtuemart programming. Please if you are not a professional in these fields don't waste your time and our time. we need to see Virtuemart sites you have programmed and designed, not just configured.
