Finding, comparing and negociating prices of transport companies in Pakistan

I actually import goods from Lahore Pakistan to Brussels. I import +-1 ton/month of clothing (hoodies).
I am not fully satisfied with the price my current transporter offers me (DHL). I would like to find a cheaper and faster freight transporter.
I need someone to compare and negociate prices of different transport companies. Transport price includes pick up at the manufactory, the custom clearance and the delivery in our office in Belgium.
Alternatively, I would like this person to maybe find cheaper ways to import. E.g.: import to the UK first (as the flights from Pakistan may be cheaper and more frequent) and re send to Belgium after.
