Find, download and resize product images

I have a list of 282 HP & Epson ink cartridges. See excel file attached.

You will need to do the following...
1) Search google images using the OEM code for a suitable unwatermarked image. I have already done a previous batch and the images are found easily.
2) Download the image.
3) Name the file as the OEM code.
4) Resize to 200 pixels width by 150 pixels height at 72 dpi.
5) Save as a jpg

Please note:

I want to have some sort of consistency so the images need to be...
- On a white background
- Nicely centred within the canvas
- Reasonable quality
- Not disorted
- Use common sense with the image. i.e. You will probably find cartridge boxes or the cartridge themselves. Please opt for the cartridge box as the first choice, then if not the cartridge is fine.

i.e. I am not looking for someone to just to an automated batch in photoshop and not check them individually.
