Financial Statements ready for auditing

I run a UK LLP since 11/06/2011, and have only one client with one invoice and payment per month. I do not have employees and have very limited expenses. I do not have complicated accountants.
I do not have organised records so far but can provide copies of all invoices, payments, bank account and expenses supporting documents.
I need a financial statements (audited / or ready for auditing) for the purpose of keeping annual financial records and to use for governmental requirement as needed.
