Financial Accounts and Letter

I have just set up a ltd company. I have only 5-6 transactions so far. Sounds strange but its true that I need 1 month financial accounts of my ltd company and a letter from accountant. There is hardly any activity in business and in my bank but still I need to get the accounts prepared and signe as I am asked to provide these.

As this is the simplest of the job so I expect simplest of the quote.

Accountant signing accounts and issuing letter is required to be holding ICAEW or ACCA license.
