Finance Guest Posting

I am looking for some extra assistance in my companies link building efforts. My time is divided between SEO, Blogging, Building websites and social Media. I am looking for someone with good writing skills and established connections with finance blogs. I will potentially be looking to increase my budget as the months progress and the relationship grows. I know PR3 sites range from £20-50, but some US alternatives are cheaper which I am already posting to.
