Finalise the design of a logo

I am starting up a business and would like to get a logo and appropriate colour scheme that can be used for letter heads, business cards and all communication. In addition, the logo and colour scheme should be the trademark of the business. The said information will be used on plastic bags that the goods will be marketed in. I have a prototype of the logo & business name but would like it to be refined. The address & contact details will be provided upon contract.
