Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 3 days
Num. of books: 1
Pages per book: 187
Industry: Technology
Topic: Coaching and Managing Organisational Change
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: This workbook is also designed to accompany tailored a Coaching for Excellence Program and change management training run by my firm, which supports skills development for running operational excellence change initiatives in a technical environment. This training is both theoretical and practical, tailored to specific industries.
The readership of this book might be completing our training, otherwise prospective or current clients wishing to apply the learnings that this book offers. This book is written in the form of general principles and requires a level of training and change management experience in order to apply flexibly, putting these principles into meaningful action. This work book underpins our training sessions.
Extensive research needed: no
Extra notes: The start time is now and my goal is to have it done within the next week.
I am looking for experience in copy writing and general knowledge in e-publishing a theoretical / academic publication (adobe digital e-reader is adequate).
Deliverables:
Tidy up layouts, including allocating page nos to final contents page
Give the design a corporate feel (include our corporate colours)
Ideally I'd like this person to be able to advise on how to password protect the link for this book and prevent it being shared uncontrolled but this is not essential. I would like it to be 1 copy / 1 user without the ability to print off multiple copies (I can probably enlist a web designer to sort out this if you do not have this knowledge however).
My business is a performance improvement management consultancy focusing on coaching people through change, to achieve new, as yet unrealised goals, within a specified time frame. I also assist clients to develop their own in-house coaching capability (hence the production of this work book).
