Filemaker Pro Database

My Filemaker Pro project is so close to done, on its first phase. It is in FMP12, and it is a vast database intended for building contractors. I also have a need to implement Google Maps API and some other APIs too. Eventually, I will also need help with working with our Filemaker database with php. After initial completion, there will be ongoing monthly work to add features we want to add but didn't implement first run. I also have some questions about how to do certain Filemaker Pro tasks so I want to be able to include IM, email, and/or screen sharing to explain to me how to do some items that have stumped me in Filemaker. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE as I must get the initial phase of project complete ASAP!!!

Can do project based or hourly. Can be flexible. If you can only help with a portion of my list due to time availability, that's okay, I can work with you. If you only know the Filemaker Pro part but not the API and/or php portions of the project, that's okay too. I just need help finishing this ASAP!!

URGENT TIME FRAME! :-) The Database has 170 tables currently. I have attached the relationship diagram.
