FileMaker pro 12

We need somebody to build a filemaker pro 12 user interface, it's nothing too complex, based on the template "contacts"
I will provide a screenshot and more detail of the functions required to the chosen proposal,

We have an excel file from our client which contains ALL of their customer information, it needs importing

- customer information (name add contact)
- customer type (business or private)
- drag and drop doc/pdf to attach to the customer (with list of documents available)
- create and save customer reports (logs) -
with input subject-title and submission-date
- google maps address finder

thats the basics, I would like your advise and expertise to guide this project

project needs to start asap
and delivery by 14th June if possible can extend until the 19th

will need test and adjustment period to ensure its working for us
and a promise of support,

additional changes or additions will of course be additional charges
