FileMaker database

Hi,

I work for a property company and I'm in need of a database to manage sites, contacts, and property requirements.

I do know a bit about FM but I haven't got time to make my own, but the basic structure is probably 4 linked tables (ie with relationships) to allow me to link sites to contacts to requirements etc - if you get the picture. The 4 tables would be:

Sites
Contacts
Buyers requirements
Sellers requirements

Sites would probably have to most fields, circa 12. We need it to be function over form so Im not looking for something visually impressive, but it does need to print properly. I'd also be very interested in advice on getting this to work online/over a network so I can access the data when I'm at different offices.

That's it for now, fairly straightforward I think.
