We're looking for a UK qualified accountant to prepare end of year accounts in a suitable format for Companies House and HMRC filing. The year end is 31-Mar-13, and we've left this quite late - filing due date is 31-Dec-13, so just a week away.
We are not looking for audited accounts - just basic requirements for trading. There were approx 60 bank transactions in the period in question, about a quarter of which were inter-company transfers between bank accounts (such as reserving funds for VAT). Turnover was approx £10,000. There are 2 Directors, no PAYE.
