File Engineer needed

Hi

We are looking for a freelance file engineer to provide remote support for our use of Trados (translation software). We have been experiencing difficuties and need support for dealing with bugs/error messages. We are currently using Trados 2011 however an engineer experienced with Trados 2009 should not find it too difficult to work with 2011.

We are looking for someone to work per hour. This will be invoiced at the end of the month. We would preferably like to work with someone who would be willing to come to our office in Leeds for half a day to train us in the software.
