Fast and accurate typist

The job is to type up results from a Horse Show in a set format. The results are currently in an excel format but to be acceptable for a certain computer program the results have to have certain symbols added to the text and formatted. Please see the attached example of what it looks like now in excel and what it has to be formatted into. The new format would have to be in either word or in notepad as a txt file.

There are 700 classes to type up with results from 1st to 3rd.Please have a look and provide a quote for the estimation of hours it will take to complete.
