Fast and accurate data entry for menu analysis project

Our foodservice consultancy firm is looking for 6 skilled and accurate data entry personnel for an estimated 75 hours work per person between 24th May and 14th June. The work involves transcribing text from menus into Excel and then categorising the text according to rules laid out in a training session and from a training manual.

Candidates need their own computer with Excel installed and good Excel skills, excellent typing speed, an eye for detail, fluent English and dedication to see the job through. The project is home-based allowing you to work the hours that suit you throughout the project. Training will be given via a Skype webex conference call on Friday 24th May from 10am-12pm, after which source materials will be distributed to you via Dropbox. An ideal candidate would work for the majority of the time during standard business hours during the week (but you are obviously free to work on the project in the evenings and at weekends too) to allow efficient communication between us and you. UK-based candidates only please.
