Fashion Designer/Illustrator Needed

I am looking for a competent fashion designer/illustrator to work with me on my new clothing boutique.
Applicants MUST be reliable i.e. can reply to emails within 48 hours, send relevant files when requested, meet deadline etc.
I emphasise this particularly due to numerous time wasters.
Those considered must have good experience in design and the fashion design process (students welcome!)and most importantly have a great passion for design and hopefully our brand.

Job to include;
- Information on seasonal trends - access to relevant trend information
- Basic conceptional sketching of garments based on my notes and ideas
- Possibly drawing detailed final sketches of garments (not technical drawings)

Fluent English speakers only, communication is essential
