Facebook Login/PHP Database to register users

I require a html/php/mysql login function to allow users to register to a site via facebook and twitter to post content as there facebook profiles - including displaying there profile picture/details - enabling liking as themselves etc.

Upon registering I would also like to store there details in a Mysql database to allow them to return and add comments/update details.

The site is yet to be built but a barebones html framework can be used which I will use the build the site on in the future.
