Bill used to work in a sales office, but didn't enjoy his job and didn't respect his boss. Bill's professional frustration manifested in other area of life so he was an overweight and grumpy husband to his poor wife, Brenda and was a disinterested father to Megan and Leo.
Having watched Oprah one afternoon on a day off work, Bill was inspired to try something new. So, where Bill had always had a natural flair for 'fixing things', he started his own renovation business on the side, sometimes requesting support from his wife and children who were pleased to be able to help and delighted that their role model coming 'alive' again.
Doing something he enjoyed filled Bill with a new passion that he'd not experienced professionally for many years. So, where his home-life was already improving, his new passion started flowing into his work life too. He started showing flair and creativity, which earned the respect of his peers. Plus, in his lunch break, Bill was going to the gym and training for 45 minutes every other day. All of his colleagues were fascinated by the new co-worker that was attending the office each day - and where Bill's performance was being noticed from a leader-board perspective too, people started coming to him for advice on what they could do to improve certain things themselves.
Bill was developing into an excellent leader so decided to use his mentoring skills to help other people move forward in their lives. Following a deep discussion with Brenda and some further encouragement and design work from the children, Bounce Back Bill was born!
As his story explains, Bill has bounced back from a number of problems and difficulties so wants to use his own experience and knowledge to help you move forward in life.

The video can be a slide show or moving image. But Bounce Back Bill must be fun, bright and colourful - he will have 7 streaks of colour in his hair to reflect the colours of the rainbow. He will wear a yellow costume with red shorts. He will wear a cape and boots in green and blue - whichever combination looks better visually (green cape with blue boots, or blue cape with green boots). And he has a winning smile!

Before he transformed himself and was just 'Bill' - he used to wear grey alot and looked awful.
