Facebook cover page design

I have a very clunky and basic facebook page cover and looking to give it a sleek glossy appearance. I will provide logos and images in hi-res.

I will also provide dimensions etc.

Concept to be agreed before proceeding so as not to waste designers time.

I can't post web links but attached is the cover page image we have just now.

I will need this provided in workable format (photoshop preferred) as we will update it every 2 months.

I believe a couple of hours will do this so please bid accordingly. Please advise what timeframe you can work to when bidding.
